Last updated: October 1, 2025 DigitizeWrapTech ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, customer portal and services (together, the "Services"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our Services you agree to the practices described here. 1. Who We Are DigitizeWrapTech provides design, digitizing, vehicle wrapping, embroidery digitizing, branding, software development and related creative and technical services. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us through the details on our Contact page. 2. Information We Collect Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name and country when you register, submit an inquiry or use our contact form; the content of your messages, support tickets, inquiries and project discussions; the design, logo, artwork and reference files you upload; and quotation, invoice and payment records related to your projects. Information collected automatically: when you sign in or use the website we record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the date and time of activity. We keep sign-in and account-activity records to protect accounts and investigate misuse. Information about your clients: if you use the customer portal tools to add your own clients (for example their name, email or phone number) so that we can prepare quotations or mockups for them, we hold that information on your behalf. You confirm that you are entitled to share it with us. Business contact information: we may collect business contact details (such as company name, website, business email address and phone number) from publicly available sources like company websites and business listings, so that we can contact businesses that may be interested in our services. 3. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: create and manage your account; respond to inquiries and support requests; prepare quotations, deliver projects and issue invoices; send service-related emails such as quote, project, invoice and account notifications; keep the website and our systems secure and prevent fraud or misuse; understand how the website is used and improve it; meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations; and, where permitted, tell businesses about our services. 4. Marketing and Business Outreach Emails We may email business contacts to offer our services. Every such email identifies us as the sender and contains an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, we will not send you further offers; we keep your email address on a "do not contact" list only so that we can honour your request. Service-related messages to customers (for example about a quote or invoice) are separate and are sent because they are necessary to deliver the Services. 5. Cookies and Analytics We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the website to work, such as keeping you signed in, protecting forms from forgery, and ending an inactive session. If enabled, we also use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website, such as signing in, may then stop working. 6. How We Share Information We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who help us run the Services, such as hosting, email delivery and analytics providers, who may use it only to provide their service to us; payment platforms or banks you choose to pay through (for example PayPal, Payoneer or bank transfer) - we do not collect or store your card numbers on our website; professional advisers, auditors and authorities where we are legally required to; and a buyer or successor, if our business is ever sold or reorganised. Your project files and business information are treated as confidential and are used only to deliver the Services. If we display completed work in our portfolio, we do so as described in our Terms and Conditions, and we will keep it private if you ask us to in writing. 7. Data Retention We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes in this policy. Account, project, quotation and invoice records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed for accounting, tax, legal and dispute purposes. Security and activity logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Contact-form messages and business contact records are kept only while they remain relevant and are then deleted or anonymised. Records of people who have opted out are kept so that we can respect their choice. 8. Security We protect your information with measures that include encrypted connections (HTTPS), securely stored passwords (we never store passwords in readable form), role-based access so staff see only what they need, automatic sign-out of inactive sessions, activity logging and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password confidential and tell us at once if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. 9. Your Rights and Choices Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to certain uses; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page; we may need to verify your identity first. We may have to keep some information where the law requires it (for example invoices). You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. 10. International Transfers Our service providers and servers may be located in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take reasonable steps to make sure it continues to be protected in line with this policy. 11. Children's Privacy Our Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and if we learn that we have done so we will delete it. 12. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy. 14. Contact Us Questions or requests about this Privacy Policy or your personal information?
