Our Services DigitizeWrapTech provides design, digitizing, vehicle wrapping design, embroidery digitizing, branding, software development, and related creative and technical services as described on our website or in an individual quote. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are set out in the quote you accept, not in these Terms. 2. Your Account You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. 3. Inquiries, Quotes, and Projects Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. A project begins once you accept a written quote through your customer portal. Quotes are valid until the date stated on them; prices, timelines, and the number of included revisions are as stated in that quote. Work outside the agreed scope, or additional revision rounds beyond what the quote includes, may be billed separately at our then-current rates. 4. Payment Terms Invoices are issued according to the schedule agreed in your quote (for example, on completion, or in milestones). Payment is due by the due date shown on each invoice. We accept the payment methods listed on the invoice itself. Late payment may result in work being paused until the account is brought current. All fees are non-refundable once the corresponding work has been completed and delivered, except as required by law or as we agree with you in writing. 5. Intellectual Property Unless your quote says otherwise, ownership of final, paid-for deliverables transfers to you once payment is received in full. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you ask us in writing to keep it confidential. Any tools, templates, or pre-existing materials we use to produce your deliverables remain our property. 6. Cancellations You may request to cancel a project in progress by contacting us through your customer portal or a support ticket. You remain responsible for payment for work already completed at the time of cancellation. 7. Confidentiality We will treat information you share with us about your business as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the Services or as required by law. 8. Communications By creating an account you agree to receive service-related emails from us, such as quote, project, and invoice notifications. These are necessary to deliver the Services and are separate from any optional marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time. 9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitizeWrapTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim. 10. No Warranty The Services and our website are provided "as is." While we work carefully to deliver quality results, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specific purpose beyond what is agreed in your quote. 11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms.
