Blaze Smokehouse BBQ Sketch to Vector Logo
Before
After
The owner of Blaze Smokehouse sent us a hand-drawn pencil sketch of their logo idea: a shield with a flame, bold "BLAZE" lettering and a "SMOKEHOUSE" banner. They wanted it turned into a professional logo for their food truck, menus, aprons and signage.
We used the sketch as our guide and built the logo from scratch as a clean vector. The rough flame became a smooth, layered shape in orange and yellow that breaks out of the top of the shield to add energy. The shield was drawn with symmetrical curves and a double red and charcoal border. "BLAZE" was set in a heavy condensed typeface for maximum impact, and the ribbon banner got folded tails for depth. Small details like the stars and "EST. 2019" were added to finish the badge.
The finished logo has a bold, appetising palette of charcoal, fire red, orange and gold. It works equally well on a food-truck wrap, a burger wrapper or an embroidered apron. We delivered it in AI, EPS, SVG and PDF, with full-colour and one-colour versions for screen printing and embroidery.
