Mansfield Lodge No. 295 Masonic Patch Embroidery
Before
After
We digitized the emblem of Mansfield Lodge No. 295, PHA F&AM (Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Georgia) into a detailed, production-ready embroidered patch. The design has a lot of fine symbolism: the All-Seeing Eye with rays, the Square and Compass with the letter "G", the open Volume of Sacred Law, and two ornate columns. A twisted rope border surrounds it all, with serif lettering around the outside.
Each area got its own stitch type. A tatami fill with a set stitch angle covers the navy background, so it lies flat and looks even. Satin columns give the gold lettering, the Square and Compass and the column capitals a bright, raised finish. Running-stitch detail on the rays, the pillar fluting and the book pages adds depth without making the design too dense. The rope border is digitized as angled satin segments to look like real twisted cord. Pull compensation and a proper underlay keep the small serif text on the bottom arc ("MOST WORSHIPFUL PRINCE HALL / GRAND LODGE OF GEORGIA") sharp and readable.
The result is a rich, two-tone patch that stays faithful to the lodge's emblem and is ready for regalia, jackets, caps and member merchandise.
